The Bill (Reg. No.2151-д) introduces amendments and supplements to the Criminal Procedural and Criminal Executive Codes of Ukraine in order to secure provision of the rights of the convicted at the penitentiary institutions, improve the conditions of their upkeep, bring the rate of minimum living space in compliance with the European standards, etc.
